Functional Design

Multiple Users Simultaneously - Trigger gun (flow switch) activated, Multi-Stage pumping system senses the number of users by increased/decreased demand...unit will only deliver pressure requested.
Automatic Activation and Shutdown Depending on Individual Demand - Flow switch control monitors pressure demand.activates and "stages out" unneeded motor-pump assemblies.
No False Pump Activation or Leaking Spray Wands ('weeping wands') - Flow switch control will not activate motor-pump assembly or allow water passage unless pressure demand meets specified minimum.
Uninterrupted Service - In the unlikely event of a pump failure, the remaining pumps are automatically called upon to restore proper pressure.without delay.
Remote Operation - Operator activates the system from the spray trigger...no need for operator to tend to the pumping station.
Pumping Station Remains Stationary - Allows heavier, higher capacity pumps to be utilized, increasing reliability.
Isolated Maintenance - Each motor-pump assembly can be isolated for maintenance by a ball valve.no interruption to the other motor-pump operations.
Motor-Pump Assembly Constant Alternation - PLC controlled system provides equal usage of pumps by automatically alternating their run time, enhances maintenance record keeping and longevity of all components.
Universal Component Replacement - While each rig may require a varying number of motor-pump assemblies, the supporting components are universal throughout production. This minimizes inventory concerns and streamlines maintenance procedures.
PLC Controlled - PLC control provides auto fail-over motor-pump redundancy allowing for uninterrupted equipment operations in the event of the loss of primary motor-pump assembly. Historical operations data is stored within the PLC. Networkable PLC may be controlled through direct control, over a Local Area Network, Wide Area Network or even using a Cell Phone / PDA utilizing GSM.
