In the table below, you can click on an image of a stationary inplant system to see a larger version and move the mouse over the model name to view more information on it.
You can also click on the column headers to rearrange the table data in ascending or descending order.
Hover over any value to see what its units are.
The following is also available to be used in conjunction with the above inplant units:
The "System On Rotating Beacon" is a strobe light that is wired to the control circuit and is on when the system is powered up but not necessarily running due to the pressure switch being in the open contact position. This prevents the system from being accidentally left on indefinitely under pressure, specifically after hours as there is a visible reminder that the system is still on.
The "Auto Shut Down" system monitors the amperage that is drawn with a delay timer circuit which is activated after a preset time period. This devise then breaks the supply to the motor contactor energising coil thereby ensuring that if the system is left on it will automatically shut down the system until the on/off switch on the system control panel is reset.
The "Hose Reel" saves you an enormous amount of money in the long run which in turn significantly reduces your total cost of ownership of the system as there is virtually no reason to replace the hose assembly as it is safely stowed away when not in use.
The "Foaming Lances" are used when long chemical reaction/contact time is required on vertical surfaces ensuring a deep and effective clean. Application example: food industry & car valets.
In high demanding work environments where long duty cycles are required and stringent cleanliness is a prerequisite, multiple take off points can be utilised thereby allowing one centralised system to service many different areas within a specific production/ maintenance environment. This type of unit is beneficial because it is tamper proof and has a vast array of onboard safety systems, such as inline water filtration, a scale inhibiting dosing system and infinitely variable chemical dispensing.
