Benefits of the Karcher 9/20 EST Stationery Unit

Our units only heat the water when required as the heating is instantaneous and therefore there is a significant saving in electrical bills and no heat loss due to inefficient pre-heating tanks. The maintenance bills are also significantly reduced on our units as the water is not preheated and the high pressure pump runs at ambient water temperature. In most other manufacturers units, the pump assembly is operating at approximately 60°C which drastically shortens the life of the pump's internal components.

Benefits of the Karcher HDS 850 CST Stationery Unit

This wall mounted unit offers reliability through its slow revving water cooled motor, combined with phase monitoring and overload protection. This unit is tamper proof and has a vast array of onboard safety systems, such as inline water filtration, a scale inhibiting dosing system and infinitely variable chemical dispensing.

The following is also available to be used in conjunction with the above inplant units:

  • Foaming units
  • Steel or Stainless steel piping
  • Remote stations
  • Emergency stops
  • Hose reels
  • Gun holders
  • High & Low pressure lances
  • Down stream chemical injectors
  • Extension high pressure hoses
  • Food grade high pressure hoses
  • Oil resistant high pressure hoses

Why Stationary Units?

In high demanding work environments where long duty cycles are required and stringent cleanliness is a prerequisite, multiple take off points can be utilised thereby allowing one centralised system to service many different areas within a specific production/ maintenance environment. This type of unit is beneficial because it is tamper proof and has a vast array of onboard safety systems, such as inline water filtration, a scale inhibiting dosing system and infinitely variable chemical dispensing.
