This TwinTec gets its Vario name from the fact that this one machine can, by a no tools adjustment and simple brush change, be set to operate at either a 55cm or 65cm scrubbing width... Two Machine Choices in One.
In the 65cm mode the scrubbing head is automatically expanded to a practical offset operating mode, providing a 100mm head extension to the right hand side. This simple arrangement allows improved edge cleaning especially in aisles with racking or other obstructions.

Numatic TTB 1840 Compact scrubber drier
The TwinTec 1840 battery floorcare machine has been engineered to substantially reduce size whilst, at the same time, maximise the performance and handling.
With the total freedom of 24V battery, cable free, operation, this machine will get into areas and places that other machines simply will not go. In many respects, the 1840 allows hard floor maintenance in areas previously cleaned by mopping systems, but some 30% faster and to an improved standard. With its low noise level and unobtrusive appearance this machine will find itself fully at home in many, if not all, commercial environments be it hospitals, clinics, restaurants, cafeterias, offices, bank and hotel lobbies, etc.
Wherever there’s a need for a simple, user friendly, one-pass cleaning machine the TTB1840 will be sure to match, or exceed, your expectations. Built from the ground up, or should we say floor up, the complete 1840 concept is new, developed however using much of our time-tested components and technology to ensure performance and reliability go hand in hand. Fitted as standard with our suitcase style 18 amp sealed gel battery pack. A second standby unit allows extended performance, up to 1.5 hours – one battery being used and the other on charge. A separate charger is supplied as standard.

This is about the most user friendly ride-on around, packed with sound common sense engineering yet bristling with technology.
In simple terms the Twintec Vario ride-on rewrites the mathematical rule book proving once and for all that… 3 INTO 1 DOES GO!
Yes one machine which can be set to 3 different working widths, 650mm, 750mm and 850mm and all at the flick of a simple lever. This doesn’t even need tools – anybody can do it at any time. You want it wide – fine… you want it narrow – 30 seconds is all that it takes.
In many applications changing circumstances change specific needs so with Vario you can vary the specification to suit your exact requirements. It’s not only the working widths that can be changed, it’s the operating performance that is under the drivers complete control – cleaning speed, brush speed, water flow, chemical mix …you name it and you control it.
Whatever you may be told, every application is quite different for many reasons – but trying to second guess the final specification in advance is not an exact science and not that easy. Types of scrubber-driers
There are four types of scrubber dryers; namely the scrubber dryer compact, the floor scrubber, the ride-one scrubber dryer and the escalator cleaning machine. Each one was uniquely designed to polish floors, including hard surfaces or carpets, to perfection.
The scrubber dryer compact has all the performances of a regular machine but is much smaller in size. These sufficient cleaning machines are ideal for medium to larger sized hard surfaces.
The floor scrubber is best for surfaces that require regular cleaning on areas that span over 100 m² or more. Its cleaning abilities and benefits are very economical and surpass conventional mopping or cleaning of surfaces. Choice of electrical or battery - operated.
\The ride-on scrubber dryer does, as the name implies, allow the operator to ride on the machine while cleaning. They are used for heavy duty cleaning and are the practical alternative to the large walk-behind machine. A ride-one scrubber dryer is most commonly used for larger areas of about 1500 m² or more.

The last one in the scrubber dryer range is the escalator cleaning machine.
With fast and thorough cleaning results, these scrubber dryers were designed for more acquired areas and can be used on escalators and travellators whilst still running.
