Numatic Repairs
Numatic Repairs at ITS - We are committed to providing the best possible levels and one aspect of this is the provision of a service and repair facility in each region as well as on-site repairs.
We provide Numatic repairs & maintenance to all Numatic Equipment, either on-site with our mobile technicians or in our approved workshops.
A tracking system is in use throughout our service vehicle fleet, allowing our service center operators to identify the nearest service vehicle to a particular service call, to ensure a quick response and fast turnaround time, minimising down-time. A standby technician is available in each region for after-hours and emergency call-outs.
Service Vehicles
Due to our extensive fleet of equipped service vehicles we are able to offer 24 hour / 7 days a week repairs and service to our premium customers.
Spare Parts and Accessories
ITS has a high stockholding of spare parts and accessories for the full range of Numatic Equipment, including vacuum cleaners, spray extraction cleaners, floor scrubbers, mopping equipment and trolleys.
Availability of Numatic spare parts is guaranteed for a period of 10 years from the last date of model manufacture, giving you peace of mind that your Numatic product that you have purchased can continue running for many years to come.
