VersaClean Systems – VCN1904
The VersaCare 1904 combines all the very best constructional and design features of the 1804 model but provides the added advantage of an enclosed storage section for reasons of both looks (in high profile areas) and security where necessary. Construction is based on our well established Structofoam specification; equipped with 200mm (8”) heavy duty, super quiet castors, rotary corner protection and soft side-wall protection. Deep base and trays provide plenty of practical storage and room for a choice of cleaning pails with or without lids. The universal waste system is standard allowing the use of single 120-litre or twin 70-litre waste bags as required.
The Versamop VMV-2222 mopping unit is a further extension of our classic design, allowing for the use of a variety of flat mops without variation to the module or its on-board facilities. Full 22-litre clean water (blue) and dirty water (red) facilities and our efficient Allmops press, with its unique high efficiency mop absorber system, provides exceptional operational performance.
There is, within many specialized operations, the need for a compact vacuum cleaner that can meet the Clean Room Class 100 specification. In developing the CRQ370 machine we have taken full account of the high filtration requirements whilst, at the same time, ensuring that the machine itself is, in every way, as convenient and user friendly as a standard model. The 5-stage HEPA filtration design provides a certified operational performance of 100% down to a particle size of 0.1um without loss of power or performance. The standard accessory kit supplied is complete for normal cleaning operation, but there is also a wide range of specialised tools and accessories should they be required for special uses.
The VCN-1804 has been developed from the ground up, giving high priority to exceptional mobility, constructional integrity and usability, with numerous optional facilities able to be added to extend the scope of the product to meet different requirements. Construction is based on our well established Structofoam specification; equipped with 200mm (8”) heavy duty, super quiet castors, rotary corner protection and soft side-wall protection. All “A” machines are equipped with an appropriate power outlet pre-fitted to the power head. When a hand tool is connected to this supply, the vacuum cleaner and the tool operation will be fully synchronized; when the tool is switched off the vacuum cleaner will purge and switch off automatically. The converse is also true, switch the hand tool on and the vacuum cleaner switches on automatically. This is vitally useful when machines and workstation are not adjacent to each other, ie on scaffold or ladders - the operation is fully automatic. The AirFlo and MicroFlo technology (patent applied for) has introduced an exceptional upgrade in both performance and dust collection and this technology has been incorporated into our Structofoam 570 and 900 professional models. The DustCare Duplex 2 motored series provides a 100% upgrade in airflow performance and is designed to operate where much larger dust generation is present. Note: NDD not currently supplied with harness belt as shown in video.
There are areas that need static waste units - where the individual disposal of waste is convenient, and where separation of waste is an important consideration, colour-coded systems can be used to ensure a disciplined waste policy. Static waste unit which holds a single 120L disposable plastic sack. Steel frame, with transport wheels and tough polypropylene bottom tray and lid.

Woodworker Airo system – a complete package for revitalising and maintaining wooden floor surfaces. The full 1500 Watt motor unit packs almost 50% more power than normally required and this power is transmitted to the floor through our long established 150rpm, oil filled, low load, planetary gearbox. The big advantage of excess power is to provide scope for many additional tasks where the excess power is both advantageous and needed. Crystallization, floor sanding, scarifying, adding 10 kg or 20 kg of extra weight, all of these can be accommodated with this standard machine.
