Refund and Returns Policy

Should ITS Africa supply the incorrect product or if the product is damaged or faulty as a result of us, ITS Africa shall exchange the unit for a new one, provided that the damaged unit is returned in its original packaging with all warranty cards, manuals and accessories.

If the packaging has been opened but the product not used, ITS Africa will refund less any delivery fees and charge a handling / rewrapping fee of up to 10%. Terms and conditions apply.

Certain made-to-order items may only be returned for a replacement but not for refund.

If damages incurred are not the result of ITS Africa, we will only accept items back if they are still wrapped in original packaging, within the period of 7 days. Customers in Johannesburg, Durban , Port Elizabeth, George and Cape Town can return the product to a designated location, customers in other locations will however be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. We will examine the returned product and will notify you of our findings and / or repair costs via phone or e-mail within a reasonable time period. Cost of return of repaired product from ITS Africa to you will however be at your cost.

Cash refunds will not be given, and any monies due will be paid back into the user’s bank account within 30 days.
