VersaClean Systems – VMV2222
The Versamop VMV-2222 mopping unit is a further extension of our classic design, allowing for the use of a variety of flat mops without variation to the module or its on-board facilities.
Full 22-litre clean water (blue) and dirty water (red) facilities and our efficient Allmops press, with its unique high efficiency mop absorber system, provides exceptional operational performance.
The VCN-1804 has been developed from the ground up, giving high priority to exceptional mobility, constructional integrity and usability, with numerous optional facilities able to be added to extend the scope of the product to meet different requirements. Construction is based on our well established Structofoam specification; equipped with 200mm (8”) heavy duty, super quiet castors, rotary corner protection and soft side-wall protection. Deep base and trays provide plenty of practical storage and room for a choice of cleaning pails with or without lids. The universal waste system is standard, allowing the use of single 120-litre or twin 70-litre waste bags as required.
The PPH has all the many advanced features of the ProVac model range with an additional Hepa filter module achieving an exceptional H14 – 99.997% standard, down to 0.3 micron particle size. Equipped with AutoSave the PPH320 provides powerful cleaning and upto 50% energy savings. Now with the unique plugged cable rewind system, allowing simple cable replacement if needed. HepaFlo filtration not only raises performance standards but provides for clean and convenient emptying when full. • H14 Hepa-Flo filtration • Plugged cable rewind • AutoSave energy saving technology • Complete with accessory Kit AS1 • convenient Wand docking system
All “A” machines are equipped with an appropriate power outlet pre-fitted to the power head. When a hand tool is connected to this supply, the vacuum cleaner and the tool operation will be fully synchronized; when the tool is switched off the vacuum cleaner will purge and switch off automatically. The converse is also true, switch the hand tool on and the vacuum cleaner switches on automatically. This is vitally useful when machines and workstation are not adjacent to each other, ie on scaffold or ladders - the operation is fully automatic. The AirFlo and MicroFlo technology (patent applied for) has introduced an exceptional upgrade in both performance and dust collection and this technology has been incorporated into our Structofoam 570 and 900 professional models. The DustCare Duplex 2 motored series provides a 100% upgrade in airflow performance and is designed to operate where much larger dust generation is present. Note: NDD not currently supplied with harness belt as shown in video.
The combination of Structofoam and stainless steel is a standard very close to our engineering hearts and this is never more obvious than in our classic NTD-2003 Industrial. Here you have a big capacity machine; a powerful Structofoam, Twinflo’ two-motor power head, giant shakeable filter system, stainless steel container and heavy-duty transit chassis. Designed to perform well and give good results - year in year out. The standard accessory kit is 38mm (1 1/2”) but by virtue of the clever multi-purpose cyclonic inlet design accessories from the 51mm (2”) and 76mm (3”) range can also be selected without machine variations (see Accessory catalogue). Be it builder’s rubble, a chicken house or a textile mill, the NTD-2003 will give you good, reliable service.
Equipped with our full twin 22-litre mopping kit (BK2) which includes generous 22-litre clean and dirty water buckets and the highly efficient Allmops press which incorporates our unique mop absorber feature that substantially improves operating performance. When you select your preferred mop system additional mop heads are available to order as required.
The 900 series of “H” specification machines has been specifically designed to meet the requirements of industries where it is necessary to remove dust that could constitute a health hazard. The power head is of all-steel construction and is available in a choice of one or two motor construction. Power and performance are to full Twinflo’ standards and plugged easily replaceable cable systems are a standard fitment. The HEPA filter units are securely mounted on their steel module with separate primary pre-filter mounted within the main container and the machines are designed to use our giant Microflo’ dust bags to ensure easy, clean and safe emptying. This machine is available with a Simplex single motor power-head (HZ 900) and 32mm kit or a Duplex twin motor power-head (HZD 900) and a 38mm kit.
