There are more and more applications where the floor machine must fulfil two functions literally at the “Flick of a Switch”. The HFT model is fitted with the Hurricane dual motor rated at 1000W/1250W providing optimised power options at the two different operating speeds. For scrubbing you want 150rpm but for polishing 300rpm will give quicker and better results. This is very much the case in hospitals, care homes, hotels, schools, etc where the needs vary quite substantially each day and two separate machines are not always practical or available. The design characteristics for the HFT model echo all the many details of the Hurricane range but with the advantage of two speeds where required. The Hurricane range is available with a selection of kits. • Planetary Gearbox - Longlife, oil filled, low load planetary gearbox. • Dual Speed - Dual speed motor giving speeds of 150rpm for scrubbing and 300rpm for polishing. • ATC (Automatic Torque Control) - Monitoring and balancing power input throughout the cleaning cycle. • Accessories - A range of accessories available to cover wet applications, carpet shampooing, vacuum polishing and floor sanding.
The battery-operated BD 80/100 W Bp Classic is the largest walk-behind floor scrubber in our Classic range. With a 32-inch disc cleaning path and 26-gallon tank for efficient and long cleaning.
Flexible application, ultra compact shape, weighs only 20 kg: the battery-operated BD 30/4 C Bp Pack scrubber drier for quick cleaning of surfaces of up to 300 m².
Battery-powered walk-behind scrubber dryers in the 40 litre class without traction drive. Ideal for areas of 400 to 1100 m². With innovative KIK system. With roller or disc brush head.
Woodworker Airo system – a complete package for revitalising and maintaining wooden floor surfaces. The full 1500 Watt motor unit packs almost 50% more power than normally required and this power is transmitted to the floor through our long established 150rpm, oil filled, low load, planetary gearbox. The big advantage of excess power is to provide scope for many additional tasks where the excess power is both advantageous and needed. Crystallization, floor sanding, scarifying, adding 10 kg or 20 kg of extra weight, all of these can be accommodated with this standard machine.
The batteries of our compact ride-on scrubber drier B 150 R are conveniently charged via an external battery charger. The machine is available as a roller or disc head version.
The Loline range of low profile floorcare machines has been developed to meet both the growing demand and need for a choice of models that are smaller in size, lighter in weight, compact and convenient in storage.
Mains power and performance and plenty of both, the outstanding specification of the TTG4055 is, without doubt, to the highest standard both in terms of design and equally in terms of performance. The big advantage of cable machines is the amazing power provided by mains operation, three times that of battery machines, and, due to the lack of costly batteries and 24V components, the machines are truly cost effective, almost two for the price of one. Cable machines are used extensively in many industrial applications where floors are quite often rough and exceptionally dirty. • TwinFlo Vacuum Motor - Provides exceptional wet pick-up. • Structofoam Tilting Brush Deck - Making brush changes quick and simple. • Planetary Gearbox - Longlife, oil filled, low load gearbox. • Simple Control - Simple on / off trigger controls. • Polyform Tanks - Heavy duty clean and dirty water tanks. • Flexifill System - Easy filling and emptying system. • Structofoam Chassis - Incredibly tough and chemical resistant Stuctofoam moulded chassis.
